The hotel provided spacious and modern rooms, fantastic service from extremely courteous and helpful staff, and a location that was slightly far from major touristic attractions but up to the expectations of a brand like Four Seasons. The staff is exceptionally courteous and the upscale breakfast overlooking the pool and Mahalakshmi skyline adds to the luxurious experience. However, there are areas where service could be improved, and the location is slightly off the beaten path when it comes to Mumbai's main attractions.
Staying on the 29th floor with a clear view, thanks to Rasik @ the reception, made my Mumbai experience unforgettable. The room was large and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay, but the hotel's distance from major sights might not suit all travelers. The service was very courteous, and the staff was helpful and customer-oriented. Dining options were interesting with a variety to choose from, though in-room breakfast was a letdown.
